Project Management Institute (PMI)® Global Conference 2018: Day 2 - 3
|
Here are some more updates of what has happened in the past two days here at The PMI® Global Conference. Feel free to share yours too if you are there! Remember to mention Cornelius on Twitter (@corneliusficht) and use #PMIcon18
I interviewed Kim Wasson this on how to not work 60 hours every week. Benjamin Anyacho and I discussed and recorded a podcast interview on the importance of Knowledge Management. Andy Burns stopped by (leaned in?) to talk about the lean-agile PMO and how we can implement one. The first 21 days of your project are the most important time to get things right. Excellent interview with Sara Gallagher. Have you ever wondered what happens to your project AFTER implementation? Eleonore Pieper and I recorded an interview about the fact that there IS life after we implement. I was at the #PMIcon18 Awards Gala tonight and managed to grab a selfie together with PMI Founder James R. Snyder. What a great man!
And that's all for Day 2 and 3 here at The PMI® Global Conference! See you again tomorrow for another exciting and so much more PDU earning opportunities for
you!
