In this PM Podcast episode with Oliver Lehmann and Martin Berneburg, we will talk about project business. Project Business is what you get when companies organize their primary business activities in projects. They are sometimes called project-based, project-driven, or project-centric
companies.
Oliver and Martin will give us a much better definition of what exactly project business is. In particular, we'll learn how it affects us, project managers' required skills when we manage a project that is considered part of project business versus when we manage one that isn't.
Question:
So I've been doing some research and I found that you can use some 6-Sigma courses to count for 30-35 Project Management Professional (PMP)® PDUs.
I was wondering if anyone has encountered any other certifications that share the ability to double up for PMP® PDUs? Maybe CCM, CPC, LEED, Kaizen, or maybe one of the OSHPD or DoD construction certifications?
