The PMP Exam changed on July 31st, 2013. All exams taken after this date are based on the PMBOK Guide Fifth Edition. To support our students who had prepared for their exam using PMBOK Guide Fourth Edition and were unable to take the "old" exam we offered a discounted upgrade to our "new" PMP exam prep products.

This upgrade offer ends on October 1st, 2013.

However, we are granting a "last chance" 48 hour long grace period. We will honor all valid upgrade requests received before October 3rd at midnight. Students requesting an upgrade after this date will need to buy a new license at the full price.

How to request your upgrade:
  • Please check the upgrade offer listed on this page here and note that the upgrade offer is not valid if you have already passed your PMP exam.
  • If you believe that you qualify for an upgrade, then please write to support@pm-prepcast.com with the subject "Upgrade". Please tell us the name & email address with which you purchased the original PMP prep product from us.
  • We will review your request. If you qualify will let you know how to purchase the upgrade.
  • Please allow 5 business days for your request to be processed.
Thank you for understanding that we cannot grant upgrade requests indefinitely and that a period of 2 months (+ 48 hours) should be sufficient time for any proactive project manager to request their upgrade.

You managed a project with over 60 team members to design a new sports car. In the project kickoff meeting you assured the team that good performers would be rewarded. At the project closing meeting, you only awarded incentive bonuses to two team members. A client who was present asked why only two team members were provided reward bonuses. What did you miss while defining rewards and recognition?

A) You didn't realize recognizing cultural differences may offend people.
B) You defined objectives on work that was supposed to performed.
C) You set criteria for rewards that made the team over confident.
D) You made the targets unachievable on the project.

Hint: Team recognition should be based on individual tasks that are achievable and clear.
