How Independent Project Managers Can Earn PDU Credits |
Independent project management contractors know that the Project Management Professional credential represents a significant boost to their ability to conduct business. Unfortunately, they have the biggest cost while studying for the certification exam due to lost

I know this sounds absolutely absurd that I'm even asking this but there seems to be some disagreement amongst a few people I personally know concerning this topic. Regarding passing the PMP Exam (which I recently did),
I NEVER have to take this exam again, correct?
I'm aware that if I do not fulfill my PDU requirement within the 3-year-cycle, my certification will expire and that waiting much longer will involve me having to go through the whole process all over again, however short of that, this is not an exam I will ever need to take again for the rest of my career/life. That's my
understanding.

How to Earn PDUs Through Formal Training |
Formal academic educational courses related to project management can earn you 10 to 15 PDUs per semester. These are not free PDUs, as you have to be registered on an academic course being offered by a university or college. You don’t have to complete a
whole degree and in fact only individual courses will be recognized by Project Management Institute for PDU credits. The transcript or grade report is required for confirmation.
